Halloween Molds

19 Halloween silicone molds built for resin first - pumpkins, 3D skulls, ghosts, a cauldron with a lid, skull coasters, and multi-cavity jewelry sets for earrings, pendants and keychains. Resin holds sharp Halloween detail and takes pigment, glitter and glow powder without clouding, which is why most Halloween casting is done in resin rather than plaster.

Resin, plaster or wax for Halloween pieces

Resin is the default: it cures hard, takes translucent colour, and works with glow-in-the-dark pigment, which sells extremely well on skull and ghost shapes. Plaster suits the larger silhouette and lamp pieces where you want a matte, carved-stone look and don't want to spend on resin volume. Wax turns the pumpkin and skull molds into seasonal candles - the highest-margin Halloween product of the three.

Multi-cavity sets for volume

The mini skull, jewelry and 6-in-1 pumpkin molds have multiple cavities per mold, so one pour yields several finished pieces. If you sell at Halloween markets, these are where your unit economics come from - the single large molds are hero pieces, the multi-cavity sets are the stock that actually moves.

Getting a bubble-free skull

Deep eye sockets and nasal cavities trap air. Pour a small amount first, work it into the recesses with a toothpick, then fill the rest of the cavity. A pressure pot removes bubbles entirely if you cast at volume, but for small batches the two-stage pour handles most of it.
